Cranberry-Strawberry Spread

What You'll Need:

Cranberry-Strawberry Spread
  • 4 cups Fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 2 (10 oz) packages Frozen strawberries Thawed
  • 5 - 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 1 envelope Certo pectin

Grind cranberries in food processor. Combine with strawberries. Add sugar and mix thoroughly. Place over high heat and bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. remove from heat. Skim off foam. Stir in Certo. Pour into sterilized jars. Seal. Makes about 4 pints. Do not Double Recipe.
