Cranberry Turkey Stuffing

What You'll Need:

Cranberry Turkey Stuffing
  • 1 cup Butter or margarine
  • 1-1/2 cups Chopped celery
  • 3/4 cup Finely chopped onion
  • 9 cups Soft bread cubes About 15 slices of bread or corn bread cubes
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1-1/2 cup Dried sage leaves
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme leaves
  • 1-1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Cook celery and onion butter, stirring frequently, until onion is tender. Stir in about 1/3 of the bread cubes.

Place celery mixture in large boil. Add remaining bread cubes and ingredients; toss. Stuff turkey just before roasting. Makes 9 cups stuffing ( enough for a 12-pound turkey).
