Cranberry Sauced Beets

What You'll Need:

Cranberry Sauced Beets
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • Dash Salt
  • 1 cup Cranberry juice
  • 2 (1#) cans Sliced beets Drained
  • 1/4 teaspoon Grated orange peel

Combine cornstarch, sugar and salt in saucepan. Gradually stir in cranberry juice. Cook and stir over medium heat till mixture thickens and bubbles. Add beets and grated orange peel. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.

Makes 8 servings.
