Cranberry Horseradish Chutney

What You'll Need:

Cranberry Horseradish Chutney
  • 2 cups Cranberries
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • 1/4 cup Prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 cup Chopped walnuts

IN a medium saucepan dissolve sugar in water and bring to a boil. Add cranberries and return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Stir in celery and raisins. Remove from heat and let cool approximately 15 minutes. Stir in horseradish and walnuts.
