Cranberry Applesauce Mold

• 2 envelopes Unflavored gelatin

• 1/2 cup Orange or cranberry juice

• 1/2 cup Boiling water

• 1 can or jar (16 oz) Whole-berry cranberry sauce

• 1 cup Applesauce

• 1 Apple Cored and cut up

• 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts

• 1 cup Diced celery

• 1 Orange Peeled and diced

• 2 Tbsp Grated orange peel

Soften gelatin in juice. Add boiling water and stir to dissolve; cool.

Mix all ingredients; add to gelatin mixture. Pour into a greased 2-quart mold and refrigerate several hours.
