Cranberry Pudding

What You'll Need:

Cranberry Pudding
  • 2 cups Cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Molasses
  • 1 tsp Baking soda Dissolved in 1/2 cup water
  • 1-1/3 cup Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Mix cranberries, molasses & baking soda well, then add flour and salt. Place in a greased bread pan or greased jello mold. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Serve with Butter Sauce.

Butter Sauce:Place 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup and 1/2 cup Half & Half in saucepan and bring to a boil. Serve over pudding.
