Cranberry Popsicles

What You'll Need:

  • 1.5 oz. dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup cranberry juice
  • 5 oz. fresh (or frozen) strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 4 popsicle molds

4 servings - prep time: 20 minutes + 5 hours freezing time

  1. Boil cranberries, cranberry juice, strawberries, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Puree and fill popsicle molds. Freeze for 5 hours.

Tip: Alternatively, ice cream can also be frozen in plastic cups. Use a plastic spoon as a stick. Strawberries can be replaced by raspberries.
