4 (approx 1-1/2 lbs) Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
3/4 cup Fresh or frozen cranberries
1/4 cup Sugar
1 small Chopped onion
1/2 tsp Grated orange peel
1/2 cup Orange juice
1/8 tsp Ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp Ground ginger
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Put chicken in an ovenproof dish and pour sauce on top. Bake 375 degrees uncovered for 1 hour or more, until chicken is done.
