Cranberry Baked Chicken

What You'll Need:

Cranberry Baked Chicken
  • 4 (approx 1-1/2 lbs) Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 3/4 cup Fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 small Chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp Grated orange peel
  • 1/2 cup Orange juice
  • 1/8 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Ground ginger

Combine all ingredients except chicken in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Put chicken in an ovenproof dish and pour sauce on top. Bake 375 degrees uncovered for 1 hour or more, until chicken is done.
