Cranberry Salsa

What You'll Need:

Cranberry Salsa
  • 2 large Oranges Peel and remove all white membrane
  • 2 cups Fresh cranberries
  • 4 tsp Orange peel Grated
  • 1/4 tsp Minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp Minced fresh ginger
  • 1 Fresh jalapeno Seeded and minced

Coarsely chop oranges and cranberries. Combine in a bowl with the orange peel, onion, oil, cilantro, ginger and jalapeno. Mix thoroughly and season to taste with salt. Serve with grilled turkey, chicken, lamb or pork dishes.

Makes 3 cups.
