Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 15x10x1 inch baking pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, beat flour, margarine, powdered sugar and salt at medium speed until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; press firmly and evenly into pan. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
In a large bowl, beat syrup, eggs, sugar and butter until well blended. Stir in the cranberries and walnuts.
Spread mixture evenly over hot crust. Sprinkle white chocolate chips over the top. Bake 25-30 minutes or until set. Cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
