Cranberry Brandy Slush

What You'll Need:

Cranberry Brandy Slush
  • 1 small pkg Raspberry gelatin
  • 1 cup Boiling water
  • 3 cups Cold water
  • 2 cups Cranberry juice
  • 1 (12 oz) can Orange juice concentrate
  • 1 (12 oz) can Lemonade concentrate
  • 2 cups Brandy
  • 2-liter bottle Lemon/lime soda
  • Orange slices, cherries, raspberries, etc. Garnish

Place gelatin in a large bowl; stir in boiling water until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in cold water, cranberry juice, orange juice and lemonade concentrates, and brandy. Stir until frozen concentrates are completely dissolved.

Place a mixture in a freezer-safe container and freeze overnight. To serve, spoon frozen slush into glasses, about one-half to three-quarters full. Add soda to fill glasses and garnish with fruit.
