Cranberry Horseradish Chutney

Cranberry Horseradish Chutney

2 cups cranberries

1 cup water

2/3 cup sugar

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/4 cup raisins

1/4 cup prepared horseradish

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

In a medium saucepan dissolve sugar in water and bring to a boil. Add cranberries and return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Stir in celery and raisins. Remove from heat and let cool approximately 15 minutes. Stir in horseradish and walnuts.
