SALADS/SAUCES/SIDES
4 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
2 (10 oz) packages frozen strawberries, thawed
5-1/2 cups sugar
1 envelope Certo pectin
Grind cranberries in food processor. Combine with strawberries. Add sugar and mix thoroughly. Place over high heat and bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Skim off foam. Stir in Certo. Pour into sterilized jars. Seal.
Makes about 4 pints. Do Not Double Recipe.
