1 6-oz can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 chili pepper, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup Mexican parsley
1/2 tsp gound cumin
1/8 tsp black pepper
Zest of a small orange
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in a glass jar and store in refrigerator until flavors are well blended.
Yield: 3 cups
